 Becky and I have worked together in different capacities for over 20 years. Her engagements ranging from conducting market due diligence for acquisitions to serving as the Director/VP of Marketing in a turnaround situation.  Becky and I worked together on six different committees within Sales & Marketing Executives-Minneapolis, over an eight year period.  Becky Amble has always brought enthusiasm and thoroughness to every project we have worked on together since we met almost 20 years through our Rotary connections.  Becky has been involved in many of our Rotary Club’s local and international projects. Her skills in planning, execution, and effective messaging in various media are exceptional and help her standout above others.  During my Presidency of Bloomington Rotary, Becky was my Program Chair. This position is perhaps the most difficult leadership position in the structure of Rotary. She coordinated and implemented 48 Rotary Programs. Becky’s extensive network of connections brought our Rotary Club a variety of interesting, educational, entertaining, and effective speakers, and Club membership increased accordingly. Her implementation skills ensured that every detail was well executed for all the programs to run smoothly.  Becky made it easy for me to be President of a robust and active Rotary Club.  I worked for Becky at the front end of my career and learned a lot. She always had a broad variety of clients and projects going on. I got involved with projects ranging from market research and focus groups, to publicity and communications, to helping organize marketing plans. It was a fast paced environment, and she gave me broad latitude in doing my work. I always appreciated her trust and confidence in me. Those that know Becky know that she is a true professional, works hard and knows her stuff. 

 We were very excited when Becky decided to join our organization to lead a turnaround division. She met with all employees and built relationships with the management team, laying out a course of action for the future two months after joining. She not only led the group, she also headed-up the marketing function. When the division was short a sales manager she jumped into that role as well. She worked with sales people on their goals and began corrective action when needed. Not only did Becky re-build the culture of the division, she lead the group to exceed MBO objectives by over 100% and cut expenses 20-60%. 

 Becky Amble is a proven results-oriented leader with outstanding professional experience and exemplary volunteer leadership. She has dedicated countless volunteer hours in service to several organizations making a profound difference in the community.
